Crossways is a literary magazine that publishes poetry, short fiction and reviews.
We read submissions from emerging and established authors all around the globe and we are especially interested in writing with an Irish connection. We like to publish talent. Anything with music, imagination and insight we will consider.

Crossways is over a year old now and we are delighted to be still here, publishing quality poetry and short fiction. To all those who have submitted work and had work published by us, thank you for helping to make Crossways what it is: an outlet for writers who are dedicated to their craft and a haven for talent and innovation.
The inspiration behind the name: Literature (and life) is all about the crossing of paths. When we read, we encounter other minds, sometimes for the first time, sometimes not. A life without these encounters is a poor one. We all know that. Now that you’ve found us, we hope that you will stay and engage with some of the minds that are represented here.
We hope you find the work in Crossways energetic and imaginative but also coherent and well crafted. We hope you find variety and colour too. To all our readers, we hope you find something that will satisfy you, wherever you are on your journey.
